We’re committed to getting your Wildride order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's how our shipping works:

1. Free Shipping on orders over R1800

(no codes needed, it’s automatically applied at checkout)

💡 Tip: Add a Slide-On Bag or Accessory to your cart to qualify for free shipping!

2. Standard Shipping – R75.00

• Delivery in 3–4 working days (area dependent)

• Processing time: 1 business day

• Same-day dispatch if your order is placed before 12pm

3. Priority Shipping - R165.00

• Delivery in 1–2 working days (area dependent)

• Need it fast? Choose Priority at checkout and we'll move your order first in line. 

4. Rural & Farm Deliveries

Please note: Additional charges may apply for farms or outlying areas as determined by our courier partner. 

5. IMPORTANT NOTE! Courier Communication 

• Once your order is packed and ready to go, you’ll receive a tracking email with:

  • The courier’s name

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to track your parcel

• • We’ll do our best to assist, but we can’t guarantee the parcel can be retrieved. A new delivery fee of R110.00 will apply if the parcel needs to be resent.

    Our trusted courier partners do their best to get your Wildride to you quickly, but once it leaves our hands, it’s in theirs — so for updates like delivery times or address changes, it’s best to reach out to them directly using the info in your tracking email.

    If the shipping details entered at checkout are incorrect, and the parcel is delivered to the wrong address:

6. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
