Refund policy

Return Period:
30 days from the date of item receipt.

Eligibility Criteria:
Item must be in original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging. A proof of purchase or order number is required.

Customer Responsibility:
- Order Shipping Fees where applicable: R95.00
- Return fees: Flat rate of R95.00.
- These rates will be deducted from your total refund amount

Refund Process:
Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days after receipt and inspection of the return. Refunds made will reflect into the customer account within 5 - 7 days after processing of the refund

Exclusions:
Refunds exclude delivery fees.
